Please carefully review these Terms & Conditions (referred to as the “Agreement“). This website is owned by RAKSASINDO FURNITURE. Your utilization of the Indoteak Property (as defined below) indicates your acceptance of this Agreement.

This Agreement establishes the terms between you and RAKSASINDO FURNITURE regarding your usage (including any access) of the websites presently situated at https://raksasindo.com (and any other websites owned and governed by us, which provide a link to this Agreement). These websites, along with any materials and services accessible on them, and any subsequent sites, are collectively referred to as the “Sites.”

Any additional terms and conditions posted by RAKSASINDO on this property or provided to you elsewhere are hereby integrated into this Agreement by reference. Irrespective of your access method to the property, be it through the Internet, Wireless Access Protocol (WAP), a mobile network, or any other means, your usage of this property is subject to this Agreement.

Pricing

  1. Prices are FOB USD unless stated in the quotation
  2. FOB Tanjung Emas Port Semarang – Indonesia
  3. Minimum deposit 50% in advance, 50% balance payment against with the export documents or prior to the delivery for local delivery. All orders will be started production after the deposit has been made.
  4. Sample production 100% payment in advance, and will be discounted after the order already confirmed.

Packaging

The packaging in the quotation is using singleface/ corrugated paper, our company also provide double face carton box packaging with additional costing.

Lead Time Production

The order will be send 45 – 60 days after the deposit

Quality

Wood moisture content under 15%

The other material cant be measured with MC like the wood as it have different criteria.

Communication

Our communication standard is 1 x 24 hours for replying email, and maximum 3×24 hours for any product inquiries.
